Each 250‑gram bag is roasted to order and luxuriously gift‑wrapped for maximum freshness. Our signature blend, roasted exclusively by the award‑winning North Star Coffee Roasters, balances sweetness and body in a smooth, rounded cup.

This blend marries three exceptional origins:

• Brazil – Fazenda Rainha da Paz (45 %) — provides nutty sweetness with caramel notes.

• Nicaragua – El Madroño (45 %) — adds rich body and subtle stone‑fruit sweetness.

• Ethiopia – Geta Bore (10 %) — contributes delicate floral and milk‑chocolate notes.

Expect aromas of toasted nuts, caramel, stone fruit and milk chocolate. Perfect for espresso, filter, French press or AeroPress. We roast in small batches in Manchester and package everything in compostable materials; we even recycle our coffee grounds into eco‑friendly products—so you can feel good about every sip.
